Kaitlyn is one of the Class of 2015 FFP Senior Models so I have had the joy of photographing her multiple times throughout the year. Our group session, prom, homecoming, and now her personal senior session. I even get to photograph her again for Prom this year! I absolutely love my senior models and the relationship that we build throughout the year. In getting to know Kaitlyn I found that she has an overwhelming love for GOD, her family, Disney, reading, and James Madison University (JMU), not in any specific order because I am pretty sure JMU is higher up on the list.
She recently received her early acceptance and will be attending JMU in the fall, which I know she is thrilled about so we had to incorporate that into her senior portraits. Since we have done other photos throughout the year we decided to be a little more playful with these photos and add more props and make it more custom to express who Kaitlyn is. I absolutely love the way the photos came out with her books and Warren County Jacket. The stack of books is more than just books piled up, it is a progression of some of the most important books in Kaitlyn’s life, such as her Bible, book she read when she was little, and a textbook for her future career. Kaitlyn aspires to be a teacher just like her mom when she graduates from JMU. Kaitlyn, I know you will do well in all that you do. It has been an honor to take your senior portraits and spend so much time with you this year. I wish you nothing but the best. Go be the best Duke you can be! JMU is lucky to have you as a student!
Remember this photo from Facebook? Miss Kaitlyn is the Disney lover, only slightly in comparison to her mom!
