Franzi here! Short for Franziska but shortened for easier pronunciation, it's, "Fran_ze." My name along with me are European. However, although I was born in Germany, I have lived in the US since I was 3 years old!

Many "About Me" pages share how they wanted to be a ____ since they were young. That's just not me! I had no idea what I wanted to be when I grew up. Heck, I still feel like I am growing up! All I knew was that I wanted to be a small business owner.

So welcome to my small business, I am a wedding photographer in Virginia serving the Shenandoah Valley with a passport in hand ready for travel. I wear many hats but two of my favorites are a wife of my very supportive, handsome husband of 9+ years, TJ, and a rescue mom to our pitie, Theo.

I am known to overthink, over analyze, worry and wear my heart on my sleeve. I make way too many lists trying to organize and plan every aspect of everything, but I am almost always prepared. Numbers are my thing. Give me a task and an excel spreadsheet and I am off! I love balancing checkbooks and budgeting, which I know is weird, but weird is better than broke, am I right?!

If you're looking for me, you can typically find me in sweatpants snuggled up under a fuzzy blanket, working on my laptop watching Netflix with TJ or going for a walk with Theo! On a rare occasion we might be tackling a house project, whether it is a huge room overhaul or a minor re-decorating! I can't sit still so I am always doing something!
