This is Kelsey, a Skyline High class of 2015 graduate! Kelsey is a sweetheart and has a super sweet family. I met the family only a few weeks ago when I took Kelsey’s brother, Landon’s homecoming photos (see here) and her mom, Jodie asked if I do senior portraits? I shouted yes from the rooftops and gave her my card. Senior portraits are my favorite kind of sessions and what I specialize in!!!! Within a day or two I had an email waiting for me from Jodie and I couldn’t wait to meet Kelsey. We scheduled a smoothie date at Tropical Smoothie and chatted about what Kelsey envisioned for her senior portraits. We talked about different locations and clothing options until we decided on Blandy Experimental Farm. This location is a photographers dream, it has so many options all in one place and it is open to the public with no fee! Kelsey and Jodie had never heard of it but took my word on how gorgeous it was and were not disappointed.
We walked the terrain of Blandy for a little over an hour and ended in the Ginkgo Grove hidden among the farm. Make sure you scroll all the way down to see those photos, you won’t want to miss the lush yellow tree farm! We chatted and scouted different locations to get variety and I couldn’t be more pleased with how these photos turned out! They made another mom cry and I can’t wait to put these photos in a custom art display in your home! Thank you Jodie for allowing me to take such amazing images of your daughter and Kelsey thank you for being such a great model, you’re so beautiful!
