Shadow Creek in Purcellville was stunning with the most beautiful Fall foliage for Cameron and Brenda’s engagement session. Brenda and Cameron are the engagement session giveaway winners! Shadow Creek graciously offered up their venue for a perfect backdrop to these two lovebirds.
These two met when they were 12 years old in 7th grade at Simpson Middle School in Leesburg, VA. Cameron was the new kid from Rhode Island when he sat next to Brenda on the school bus. He instantly had an eye for her and they became close friends. Cameron had a huge crush on her and would show it by throwing rocks at her bedroom window to come out and play as she yelled at him to go away before her Dad saw him.
The two continued on to Loudoun County High School. They had a class together in College where their friendship included going to the gym together and texting until 2 a.m. (they’re both night owls). Now I know what you’re thinking…all this time has gone by and they still haven’t become more than friends? Well their story was just beginning. It wasn’t until Brenda got a job at Michael Kors and persuaded Cameron to come work with her that started their love tory.
Finally we can say, after all this time….the rest was history. Cameron proposed to Brenda on her birthday, June 29, 2019 at their family Cobb island trip in MD in front of her ENTIRE extended family! They are tying the knot at The MiddleBurg Barn in 2021!
