6 Pastures Editorial Shoot Winchester Virginia

6 Pastures is a premiere farm setting wedding venue located in Winchester, Virginia. This venue is unique in that it can be rented for the entire weekend to continue the celebration. The gorgeous land provides a spectacular view of the mountains with a restored barn and guest house available for the bridal party to get ready. The guest house is the perfect combination of modern and farmhouse. The 2 story bank barn dated back to 1840 but has been rebuilt is the event barn. It boasts the most beautiful blank canvas for any event.

Holly of Carper’s Florals and I toured 6 Pastures and knew instantly that we loved Paul and Mary, the owners and had to put together an editorial shoot. We had visions of Fall foliage with warm hues of florals. Our vision was a boho, messy hair, loose-organic florals with a relaxed feel. We went non-traditional and outfitted the couple in kakhi and off-white. Holly took our vision to the next level when she created a floral wall feature, floral tattoo, a full bouquet, and a moon gate arch!

6 Pastures provided the perfect venue for Holly to work her floral magic. The tablescapes and bar are courtesy of Grand Event Center. Lastly, Laura of I Do Hair & Makeup created the look for our model. All of the florals are eco (environmentally)-friendly.
