Josh is a Class of 2021 Warren County High graduate and my baby brother! He is the youngest of my three brothers. The last of our clan to graduate high school. This month has been a bit emotional with senior photos, graduation ceremony, and party. I have struggled to write this blog post because it’s my BABY BROTHER!
As the oldest sibling I have been there from the beginning for all of my brothers but Josh is a bit different. We are fourteen years apart and I was actually there when he was born. I saw him seconds after entering the world. I changed diapers, held him, rocked him to sleep and helped my mom take care of him. So watching him cross the stage at graduation was surreal. It’s been 18 years with this guy.
I loved getting to spend the afternoon together to capture these photos, hear about his future plans, and see how grown he is. We adventured all the way from the swinging bridge in Strasburg to Skyline Drive. He shared with me his passion to follow in my footsteps and attend college. He plans to start at a community college and then transfer to get his degree in psychology because he wants to be a therapist and help people.
I am already so proud of him. He graduated with a 4.0 honors and received an academic award for his grades for 4 years! He has plans to help people in his future career and is so caring and compassionate that I know he will do amazing things. I can’t wait to see what future holds for you! That’s enough of this big sister gushing her feelings. Congratulations little bro!
