We are only a few short months away from graduation. The months will quickly turn into weeks and then days, which means it’s graduation announcement season! Did you know announcements should be sent out 6-8 weeks before graduation? This allows for family and friends to request time off and schedule accommodations if they are from out of town. With that being said, announcements should be mailed no later than April 19th to allow for the 6 weeks.

Many of you have probably already ordered your announcements through Jostens, which is great that you’re ahead of the game. But don’t worry if you haven’t, there is still time to order announcements. Your annoumcenets will be designed with your vision in mind as you make all of the decisions. 

You select all the details down to how you want your name to be printed and the font used. Above all, the images on your announcement are your decision. You can select how many images on the front and the back. The announcement can share your ceremony information and your party details. Above all, what’s an announcement without coordinating thank you cards. You will want to send your appreciation to all those that traveled to see you walk the stage or sent a gift.
