I got a Nikon Camera Birthday Cake! Last Thursday was my birthday and if you were following along on Instagram, you would have seen that I LOVE birthdays! Most people shy away from birthdays because you are celebrating that your a year older but not me. I love them! I am such a kid when it comes to birthdays. It’s fun to take the day off, treat myself to a few splurges and relax. I am that girl that is always going one place or another so my birthday is a time to relax!

While I was relaxing some of my best friends visited me and showered me with gifts, balloons, cards, and flowers. A girl really couldn’t ask for more….but then my parents topped it off. No offense to anyone else but you have to admit that this is freaking awesome. My parents surprised me with an actual life like size Nikon Camera that looks so REAL, it’s amazing. The creator of this amazing cake is Jessica from J’Marie’s Home Cakery. You might remember her from the styled shoot, she made the cupcakes!

I am floored by how detailed this Nikon Camera Cake is, it is surpassed my expectations of a camera cake. It was hard to want to eat it because it was so perfect. I photographed it for like 15 minutes so I could share it with you all today. If you ever need a cake for an event be sure to check out Jessica, I hope I don’t regret giving out her information because I know she will get busier and I need her cakes in my life, but she is truly amazing at her talent. Not only does it look AMAZING but it tastes great too, which in my opinion is hard to come by, you don’t typically get both but you do with Jessica.

Thank you mom and dad for surprising me. I know it isn’t an easy feat since I am so inquisitive but you pulled it off and this cake is AWESOME. Jessica thank you for working with my parents to put this surprise together and for making such an awesome birthday cake for me!
